Creative Hands is a licensed provider of Pediatric Occupational Therapy Services. Since 2000 we have been helping children from birth to age 18 who may be experiencing physical, mental or developmental challenges to fully participate in all the activities that are important to them. These can include self-help, educational, recreational, and pre-vocational tasks. Through education and empowerment we assist families in furthering a child’s fullest potential for success at home, school, and in the community.

Our service area includes Brunswick, New Hanover, Pender, Bladen, and Columbus counties. We work with children in their natural environments such as home, daycare, school or at our clinic.

Creative Hands Occupational Therapy’s mission is to provide “Promise to a Child’s Future”.  We understand each child’s unique differences and challenges during development and are dedicated to provide skilled Therapy services.  Our goal is to be the leading provider in offering the highest quality pediatric occupational Therapy to children and support for their families.

• Improving muscle strength, range of motion, endurance, and posture
• Promoting mobility and fine motor skills
• Improving visual and motor coordination
• Advancing self-help and life skills such as bathing, dressing, feeding, handwriting etc.

What makes Creative Hands special?

Our Therapy team at Creative Hands consists of professional, licensed Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants. We are specialists in the needs of children. We have extensive experience working with kids with developmental delays, feeding and oral-motor problems, behavioral problems, ADHD, and Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD). Treatment of the whole child and collaboration with family and other professionals is our priority.
